Order Tracking

Shipping Restrictions
  • P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Damaged or Lost Packages
  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at xpeter@neptunelaser.co.in with your order number and photos of the damage.
  • Lost Packages: If your order is lost in transit, please notify us, and we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Orders)
